| We encourage you to compare us to our competition. You will find we beat them hands down! Why you may ask!? The reason is because we are one of a handful of older, reputable house cleaning services in the area..... We have had the time and experience LOCALLY to develop our company from the ground up and resolved the teething problems that new companies undergo when they first start up. A case in point is about a year or so ago the local franchisee of one of " a well known franchise company" (call our office if you want to know the name) left a number of customers and company employees high and dry when the then franchise owners at the time gave up and wanted out of the franchise... At the time Colorado Springs House Cleaning was approached by the then owners desperate to have us buy them out .. the master franchise company insisted that the only way they would allow that is if we merged OUR very successful company into the franchise and took on the franchise companies name .. we naturally declined!! In the end the local franchise was then transfered to the owner of the south Denver location of the company and the original owners walked away from the company with nothing but massive debts... A cleaning service is not as easy to run as you may think. A brand new franchise owner has no clue how to handle day to day problems and issues that we have handled for years. Daily we get calls from former customers of these companies asking us to start servicing their homes. These companies provide are over priced and provide poor quality work.... just call them and ask them what their hourly rate is and you will see what I mean.. The poor quality work is for the reasons I outline in my "What Makes us Better" letter on our main web site... click here to read that letter.. Don't be fooled by the deception that some of the franchise companies put out there telling you they have been in business in Colorado Springs since 1976 or some other nonsense ... the FRANCHISE may been around since then, not the local company or the local franchiesee.. and THAT is what really matters! ... think about it, if they lie to you about something as simple as that what else are they going to lie to you about.. The way the company operates will depend a LOT on the local franchise owner, and if they don't care about the customer then the main franchise will not care either. Experience counts!
